The cylindrical screen is one of the main components of the impurity removal system of the continuous hydraulic pulper. It is suitable for the rough selection of the tailings. It is installed after the pulper or the impurity separator. Heavy debris is screened to reduce the load of subsequent screening equipment. During operation, the slurry moves forward along the equal-pitch spiral guide vanes in the inner ring of the screen drum. Under the action of gravity, the good slurry and fine impurities pass through the diameter 8mm to diameter14mm sieve hole to the pulp receiving tank; the impurities with larger geometric shapes follow the spiral. The plate tracks are slid to the slag end and discharged. The water spray device sprays water with a certain pressure on a fan-shaped plane to wash the fibers and dilute the pulp on the sticky tapes on the impurities, so as to eliminate the impurities to the greatest extent and reduce the loss of fibers. A common use of cylindrical sieves is to remove plastic skins.
