Thin Blade Slitter Scorer is mainly for corrugated cardboard production. Ball screw and nut drive are adopted for cutting line and changing single, with high mechanical precision, flexible rotation, small reverse clearance, and accurate positioning. Slitting and scribing positioning accuracy bigger or equal to 0.5 mm; Slitting, line change single adopts linear guide, high mechanical precision, stable guide, accurate positioning.

1. Slitting blade dia is 260mm (round thin blade). The outer diameter of the scribing wheel is 190 mm.
2. The minimum cutting width: is 150mm.
3. Minimum cutting distance: zero notch structure.

* Grinding part: adopt the manual pneumatic grinding type
* Adopt eight rolls, two roll-rang feedings, then scoring, easy to adjust. It could be done slitting only without scoring, to avoid error when scoring.
* Scoring part: adopt 5 points scoring, scoring distance in-phase adjust, blazonry, and easy to bend the carton sheet.
