Dryer fabric can be classified depending on weaving struction can be divided into woven type and spiral type. We have launched a new flat yarn woven dryer screen, which is a unique two tier flat warp weave screen with controlled permeability, recommended for Unirun positions and high speed machines. The higher surface contact area helps to increase the heat transfer with better sheet support thus lowering the energy consumption.
Dryer screen is used in drying section.

Dryer screen supports the paper for drying in the drying section and transports it to the reeling section.

Packaging: By Air: Dryer screen inner packaging is usually wrapped around the outside of the paper tube to ensure the flatness of the surface and avoid creases. The outer packaging is wrapped with a layer of plastic film, and then wrapped with plastic cloth.
By Sea: The outer packaging is a wooden box.
